
Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is a dynamic form of science and yoga
for anyone and any age group. By using exercises, breath, chant and mantra,
mind body and soul are given a workout, leaving you feeling revitalised,refreshed and relaxed!
The class lasts from an hour to an hour-and-a-half, during which time you will
be talked through a set of yogic exercises, concentrating on using the breath.
The class will end with a relaxation period and mantra.
Please come along and see for yourself how much you will enjoy the class and
how great you feel afterwards. A true pick-me-up for your complete being!
