Yoga for Haiti -27th feb 2010- 2pm to 6pm:

Having completed the first leg in New York last week led by the lovely Jen Mazer, Yoga for Haiti journeys into London for Part II.

All are welcome to take part in 4 special yoga practises led by Veena, Amy, Hayley and Thuli dedicated to Haiti.

You're welcome to stay for all 4 or just drop in for 1 or 2. Times and schedule for the afternoon will be updated in due course.

Anyone can join in - even those completely new to yoga - in fact it's the perfect time to try it out. Peace comes from within and by taking care of yourself, you're also taking care of others.....

All you need to do is bring yourself and your friends. There's a £10 minimum donation - ALL proceeds will go to the DEC fund for Haiti.
